Precautions:

2. Before starting the machine, check whether the saw blade is sharp, whether the belt is in a normal tension state, and whether the screws between the various parts are loose, and adjust in time to ensure the normal operation of the machine;
3. After starting the machine, reset the manipulator to the origin in time, and start the saw blade to check whether there is any noise in operation;
4. Check whether the limit switch, photoelectric switch and emergency stop device are responsive;
5. A safe distance should be maintained during processing, and no one should stand in the direction of the saw blade cutting operation;
6. Please turn off the power in time after the work is completed.

When the cutting saw machine works automatically, first move the feeding manipulator to the set feeding area, move the saw blade to the initial position, start the saw blade, and then push the plate into the manipulator against the ruler, and then start the automatic cycle; the manipulator clamps Hold the plate and pull the material back, move backward to the long distance of the plate, and then feed forward according to the set length; after the feeding is completed, the pressure rod moves down to press the plate, and the saw blade rises; the pressure rod is pressed in place, and the saw blade moves After the saw blade is in place, the saw blade moves forward, after the advance is in place, the saw blade drops and the pressure beam rises. After the saw blade is in place, the saw blade retreats. At the same time, another feeding cycle is performed to repeat the above action cycle until all the set quantities are processed, and the manipulator runs to the zero position to remove the remaining material. When it is launched, a cycle of work is completed.
It involves the action control of the feeding manipulator, the pressing beam, the saw blade and the plate supporter, and the automatic calling and management of parameters such as various cutting sizes and weights.
